In the meeting held with the faculty members of the Department of New Media and Communication, ideas were exchanged on increasing interaction in education and developing innovative teaching methods using artificial intelligence and digital tools.

Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-AI participated in the 1st National Workshop by IZU CELT, focusing on enhancing teaching quality in higher education.

The training titled "Use of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tools in Learning Processes" was organized to explore the effective use of artificial intelligence and digital tools in education and to help students develop efficient learning skills.

The training on effective material design with CANVA, led by Assist. Prof. Adem Yurdunkulu, equipped participants with innovative and creative skills for designing materials using digital tools.

This issue highlights the steps we are taking in AI-enhanced education and our innovative teaching methods, offering an inspiring glimpse into the future of learning experiences.

The first workshop of the Self-Regulated Learning Skills Training Series, "Effective Listening and Note-Taking Skills," provided an interactive learning experience aimed at enhancing students' listening and note-taking strategies through practical applications, contributing to their overall educational process.

As the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-AI, we held an important meeting with the library team to discuss the content and structure of the 'Artificial Intelligence in Social Sciences' course.

The Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence collaborated effectively with faculty members of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences on the integration of digital education technologies and active learning methods.

As the Artificial Intelligence and Innovative Learning and Teaching Coordination Office, this training on "Supporting Scientific Research with Artificial Intelligence" was the first session held this year as part of the General Educator Training series, where academics were introduced to AI tools like SciSpace and their contributions to research processes.

Meeting held with Comparative Literature Research Assistant Rumeysa Oğuz focused on integrating the Canvas platform into courses and enhancing them with digital tools.

As Innovative Learning and Teaching Coordinatorship-Artificial Intelligence, we provided a consultation of the use of active learning approaches, their enhancement with digital tools, and integration into the Canvas learning management system with Assist. Prof. Büşra Sıdıka Kaya.

As a result of collaborative efforts with our coordination team, the course designs of three faculty members nominated for exemplary teaching were shared with our other faculty members during the Consultation and Evaluation Camp.

As the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence , we continue to advance with our innovative and interactive approach to education in the new academic term without slowing down.

The seminars organized under the "Center for Manager and Teacher Excellence " project, supported by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA), contributed to the professional and personal development of teachers from the Ministry of National Education (MEB) working in schools in Başakşehir.

The design, development and implementation outcomes of the Self-Efficacy Development Workshop, created as part of the Self-Regulated Learning Skills workshop series by CILT-AI were transformed into academic knowledge by Dr. Mehmet Akın Bulut, RA. Dilara Maraba, RA. Nurevşah Kaya, Ebrar Kevser Katırcı, Zeynep Gazel, and Elif Tuğba Altunel.
