Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA) Supported Administrator and Teacher Excellence Center Project: Increasing Educational Quality with the First Training Program for School Administrators'
"The First Training Program for School Administrators in Basaksehir: An Innovative Step for Educational Quality!"

The first training program, carried out within the scope of the "Administrator and Teacher Excellence Center Project" supported by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA), was organized specifically for school administrators in Basakşehir with the contributions of the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence. This inaugural training, as part of the project, aimed to bring together the administrators of educational institutions in the region to enhance educational quality and develop leadership skills.

The training program, attended by administrators from all schools in the Basakşehir district, garnered great interest from both participants and organizers. During the training process, various topics such as educational management, leadership, team building, and communication skills were addressed. Additionally, detailed information was provided on integrating current educational approaches and technological innovations into school management.

Participants in the program expressed excitement about how the knowledge and experiences gained in the training could be applied in their schools. Sessions discussing strategies to improve student achievement were particularly among the most engaging topics for participants.

Supported by İSTKA and led by Dr. Mehmet Akın Bulut, the President of the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence, the "Administrator and Teacher Excellence Center Project" aims to significantly contribute to enhancing educational quality and strengthening the capacity of school administrators. Similar training programs are planned to be organized in the future.
