Ibn Haldun University, the Coordinatorship of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence ,held an individual consultation meeting with Assist. Prof. Ayşe Şafak, a faculty member of the Psychology Department, where they discussed the integration of active learning techniques into courses, digitalization, and the improvement of assessment and evaluation methods.
During the meeting, recommendations were made regarding the more efficient use of the Canvas learning management system in Assist. Prof. Ayşe Şafak’s courses. Additionally, topics such as how to integrate active learning strategies to increase student participation and incorporating various digital tools into the teaching process were discussed in detail. Innovative assessment and evaluation methods were proposed, and strategic approaches were developed to monitor course success more effectively.
We believe that this consultation meeting with Assist. Prof. Ayşe Şafak will greatly contribute to the widespread adoption of digital education and innovative teaching methods at our university.
