The first workshop of the Self-Regulated Learning Skills Training Series, "Effective Listening and Note-Taking Skills," provided an interactive learning experience aimed at enhancing students' listening and note-taking strategies through practical applications, contributing to their overall educational process.

The "Effective Listening and Note-Taking Skills" workshop, held as the first event in the Self-Regulated Learning Skills Training Series, was led by Ebrar Kevser Katırcı, a master's student in Psychological Counseling and Guidance. This workshop provided our university students with a unique opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in effective listening and note-taking skills.

During the workshop, students had the chance to delve deeply into listening processes and note-taking techniques through scenario studies and various applications. Participants enhanced their ability to organize and retain information more effectively by employing strategies that they can apply in their daily academic lives. The use of interactive digital tools, active learning methods, and student tracking systems brought a modern approach to traditional educational methods, adding a new dimension to the learning process.

Feedback from participants indicated that the workshop was effective and offered a valuable experience. Students expressed confidence that they would be able to easily integrate the skills they gained into their academic lives.

We extend our sincere thanks to Ebrar Kevser Katırcı for conducting this successful workshop and to all the students who participated.
