Support Provided for the Preparation of the Electronic Document System Promotional Video for Academic Units

Support was provided for the development process of the video by Feyza Gülsüm Alakuş from the CILT-AI Team. Through the promotional video, it was aimed to provide academic staff with comprehensive and practice-oriented information regarding the basic functioning of the Electronic Document System, document creation and approval processes, correspondence workflows, document tracking, and archiving procedures. The content of the video included step-by-step guidance through the system’s user-friendly interface, with particular emphasis on frequently used modules.

With this initiative, key procedures that academic personnel may encounter in document management processes were explained in a clear and accessible manner, while also aiming to strengthen institutional standards in digital document management. Additionally, it was emphasized that effective use of the system contributes to better time management, accelerates workflows, and enhances institutional efficiency.

Within the scope of our university’s digital transformation efforts, such informative materials aim to ensure that academic and administrative processes become more sustainable, secure, and technology-supported.
