The training was delivered by Feyza Gülsüm Alakuş from the CILT-AI Team. Within the scope of the program, students were introduced to the fundamental principles of digital information management, systematic organization of academic content, and strategies for establishing a sustainable study routine. Throughout the session, practical applications were conducted on the Notion platform, focusing on effective note-taking techniques, structuring course materials, project and task tracking, planning research processes, and building a personal knowledge management system. Additionally, emphasis was placed on the ethical and efficient use of AI-supported tools in academic writing, literature review, summarization, and idea development processes.
Participants had the opportunity to reconceptualize artificial intelligence not merely as a content-generation tool, but as a strategic support mechanism that deepens learning, structures thinking processes, and enhances academic performance.
Through such initiatives carried out by CILT-AI, it is aimed to increase our students’ digital pedagogical awareness and strengthen the culture of technology-enhanced learning at our university. We hope that innovative and AI-supported learning practices will continue to expand in our institution.
