Organized with the aim of increasing the quality of education and integrating current technologies into teaching processes, the event featured the introduction of the "Continuous Professional Development" (CPD) asynchronous program developed by the Coordination of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence During the program introduced by the presentation of our Coordinator, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akın Bulut, in addition to theoretical information, a live sample application was conducted together with our academics, allowing the process to be experienced firsthand. This comprehensive program, in which our academics can participate interactively at their own pace, blends modern pedagogical approaches with technology.
Supported by video content, interactive activities, and rich materials, the asynchronous program consists of 7 fundamental modules:
- Course Structuring Training: Designing Syllabus, Learning Objectives, and Content Flow
- Active Learning Techniques
- Technology and AI-Assisted Learning and Teaching Methods
- Effective Classroom Management: Motivation in Learning and Teaching, Effective Communication Methods
- Increasing Interactivity in Online Education
- Design and Development of Diversified Instructional Materials
- Alternative Measurement, Evaluation, and Effective Feedback Methods
