An Informative Meeting on AI-Supported Video Production Held with the Information and Documentation Unit Team
As part of CILT-AI’s ongoing initiatives, a meeting was held with Melisa Akay from the Information and Documentation Unit. During the session, a general overview of artificial intelligence tools was provided, with a particular focus on how these tools can be utilized in institutional content production processes.
The discussion specifically addressed how AI-supported platforms can be used to prepare internal informational and promotional videos. Key topics included content script development, scenario planning, the use of digital avatars, voice-over options, and multilingual video production.
In addition, information was shared about the Heygen platform, which enables text-to-video content creation. Its features, such as rapid video generation, the use of professional-looking avatars for presentations, and the effective delivery of institutional messages, were introduced and discussed.
At CILT-AI, we continue to support the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into institutional communication and content production processes and to advance our digital transformation efforts in collaboration with relevant units.
