We conducted the second of the classroom observation activities to help our university students learn more effectively instead of being passive recipients of information, to help them connect new information with their existing knowledge and experiences, to improve their problem solving skills, to gain the skills they need to solve real world problems, to provide the opportunity to apply knowledge and to help them realize a more in-depth learning experience. In line with this purpose, we had the opportunity to observe first-hand the contribution of active learning techniques to students' learning and motivation by attending the lecture of our esteemed Assistant Professor Najiba Mustafayeva. We would like to thank our esteemed professor for giving us this opportunity and using active learning techniques effectively in her lecture.
