Our Coordination Unit has contributed to an ongoing initiative carried out by the Student Affairs Department, adding a new effort to support digital transformation processes within our university. In this context, support was provided for the preparation of AI-supported instructional videos aimed at enabling students as well as academic and administrative staff to use the Student Information System (OBS) more effectively and efficiently.
In these videos, both basic and advanced functions of OBS are presented in a clear, simple, and user-friendly manner through AI-supported narration techniques. This approach aims to help users learn processes more quickly and resolve potential issues more easily while navigating the system.
It is expected that these contents, developed with the contribution of our Coordination Unit, will not only enhance the quality of digital services at our university but also significantly improve student and staff satisfaction. Our efforts to expand AI-supported educational materials will continue to grow in the upcoming period.
