Strong Interest from University Members in the ChatGPT and Gemini–Supported Bibliometric Analysis Training
The ChatGPT and Gemini–Supported Bibliometric Analysis Training, organized by the Coordination of Innovative Learning and Teaching-Artificial Intelligence was successfully held as a high-quality academic event highlighting the importance of AI-supported approaches in academic research processes.

The training, delivered by our esteemed faculty member Assist. Prof. Adem Yurdunkulu, attracted significant interest from both academics and students.

Conducted with a broad participant profile, the program covered key topics ranging from the fundamentals of bibliometric analysis to citation networks, keyword and author collaboration analyses, identification of research trends, and the strategic steering of scientific productivity. In particular, the use of R Studio was explained in detail through hands-on applications, enabling participants to gain essential competencies in analyzing and visualizing bibliometric data and interpreting these outputs with the support of AI tools.

Our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu, who attended the training, emphasized that such AI-supported educational initiatives play a critical role in enhancing universities’ scientific production capacity and international visibility, and expressed her appreciation to all those who contributed to the successful implementation of this valuable program.
